Yes! I am currently in network with Aetna, Optum, Cigna and Evernorth. For out-of-network clients, I am able to provide you with a SuperBill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

You will have an opportunity to ask questions about my practice and treatment approaches. The purpose of the consultation is to see if we are a good fit to begin treatment. I will ask some questions such as: reasons for seeking treatment, presenting symptoms, goals for therapy, etc.

Each session is scheduled for 50 minutes. If you require a longer appointment, it must be approved and discussed prior to appointment, and may be permitted only in emergency cases. Any sessions over 50 minutes will have an extra charge.

Yes. I am able to offer tele-health services for individuals in the state of California. All tele-health sessions are conducted on HIPAA compliant technology.

Each case will vary and together we will review your progress towards goals routinely to gauge graduation of therapy. My goal is to help my clients feel the strength and confidence to utilize skill sets learned in therapy to feel they can manage their mental health to begin to decrease frequency of therapy sessions and work towards graduation.

I request cancellations for scheduled appointments 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged the full session fee.
